There is an immediate opening for a Secretary / Receptionist in the Office of Instruction at Central Office.  This position is 12-months working 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 1/2 an hour paid lunch. 

Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:

  • Greet employees and families to Central Office
  • Verifies identification of visitors (RAPTOR)
  • Answers Central Office phones and forwards to appropriate departments / employees
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintains postage machine maintenance
  • Manages approval of Central Office common areas (conference rooms etc.) using Master Library
  • Support Office of Instruction Directors 
  • Upon completion, award PD credit to Frontline Management System, handing out sign in sheets for PD, passing out books for book talks
  • Run PD reports of all Professional Development hours several times a year for Human Resource office
  • Contacting attendees for Certificates of Completion for each PD taken and giving credit in some cases paying for hours over yearly requirement
  • Disseminate non-district requests to the PDC for approval
$17.50 / Hour Minimum Starting
