Job Description

There is an immediate opening for Seasonal Per Diem Laborers in the Buildings and Grounds Department.  This position is yearly from April to October, working between the hours of 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible Saturdays where needed.

Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:

• Landscaping
  • Lawn mowing
  • Trimming
  • Mulching
  • Planting
  • Weeding
• Assists with minor repair of sidewalks & parking lots
• Performs general exterior maintenance 
• Emptying of large trash receptacle when required 

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Valid NYS Driver License
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and gardening implements
• Previous experience preferred
