Job Description

There is an immediate opening for a Student Help Desk Coordinator in the East Irondequoit Central School District at East Irondequoit Middle School.  This is an 8-hour per day position and the work hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 

Duties are, but not limited to, the following:

• Provide daily technical support to staff and students at the high school as needed
• Setup and provide replacement devices to students as needed
• Track and reconcile Device Protection Plan payments and incident reports for device damages
• Provide input and training for Student Helpdesk Boot Camp
• Work closely with the IT Department to manage student helpdesk workflow, troubleshooting, and training
• Triage advanced problems to the IT Department as needed
• Assist with device collection and handouts for payment processing

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous experience working with IT and children preferred.
